TERMS AND CONDITION
- Service Agreement: By engaging our cleaning services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
- Service Scope: Our cleaning services include but are not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing,washing, and organizing of residential or commercial spaces as agreed upon with the client.
- Service Schedule: The cleaning schedule will be mutually agreed upon between our client and Mr Klean. Any changes to the schedule must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
- Payment Terms: 50 % down payment in advance and full payment for services rendered is due upon completion of our cleaning service. We accept Cash, Gcash or electronic payments. Invoices will be provided upon request.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
- Liability: While we take utmost care in providing our cleaning services, we are not liable for any damages or losses incurred during the cleaning process. Clients are advised to secure any valuable items before the cleaning crew arrives.
- Feedback and Concerns: We welcome feedback from our clients to continuously improve our services. Any concerns or complaints should be brought to our attention within 24 hours of the cleaning service.
- Confidentiality: We respect the privacy of our clients and will not disclose any personal information or details about the cleaning service provided.
- Termination of Service: Either party may terminate the cleaning service agreement with a written notice provided at least 7 days in advance.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the cleaning company operates.
By engaging our cleaning services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
